The access to the building is paved. There is a parking space for disabled people in front of the building. There is one main entrance to the building, located on the high ground floor, accessed by stairs (10 steps), the beginning and end of which are marked with a contrasting tape. The door does not open automatically. At the entrance to the Office, on the left side, there is a stair platform for people with mobility disabilities. On the right side of the stairs, there is a bell installed to alert you about the need to use the platform, and assistance is provided by a constantly present concierge employee. The reception desk is located on the right side of the main entrance. The administration log, located on the left side of the entrance, is equipped with an induction loop.
The building does not have an elevator. The beginnings and ends of the internal stairs in the building are marked with contrasting tape on each floor. All customer rooms are located on the ground floor, which facilitates easy communication. Public rooms available to customers are adapted to the needs of disabled people. The building has no thresholds that make it difficult for wheelchair users, the entrance doors to the building and to the reading room, information center and training room are of appropriate width, enabling easy entry for people in wheelchairs. The toilet for disabled people is located on the ground floor of the main hall and is marked in Braille.

At the Office, you can use the free assistance of a sign language interpreter. The intention to use assistance should be reported to the Office no later than 3 business days before the date of the intended settlement of the matter by e-mail. The main entrance is located on the corner between ul. Jagiellońska and Mickiewicza. There are 5 steps leading to the main entrance, along which there is a handrail on one side.
