REGON Register Administration
Matters relating to the National Official Business Register (REGON) are handled at the Statistical Office in Kielce by the Organization and Registers Division, ground floor, Room 2, tel. +48 41 249 96 13, +48 41 249 96 12.
Office hours:
Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
REGON-related services are also provided at the Sandomierz Branch Office.

Application forms are available at the Statistical Office in Kielce and at the Sandomierz Branch Office. They can also be downloaded from the Statistics Poland (GUS) website under Application forms for submission to the REGON Register.
Information contained in the REGON Register concerning entities registered in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship may be made available, upon payment, to any interested party on the basis of a written request.

Requests should be submitted by post, by fax to +48 41 249 96 04, or in person to the Registry Office of the Statistical Office in Kielce.
